Write an Outline for an essay

1.Nowadays fashion is creating a fake idea of the perfect body.
-Everyday Tv shows, magazines, wbpages, show ads whose main characters are models.
-By watching them, people conceive a wrong image of beauty.

2.Psychological problems.
-It can affect young ot adult people, developing diseases and making people feel insecure of themselves.
-Families of those affected also suffer the havocs of the illness.

3.Social pressure.
-People in general think prettiness is in being very skinny.
-Shops have wrong sizes in tags.

4. Possible solutions.
-Fashion houses have to change the way of advertising.
-Goverments should control the sizes on clothes.

5.Conclusion.
-That is a general issue whose solurtion could be found if society turn into more conscious and sensible citizens.
-Victims don't have to be afraid of telling their problems and frustations.

An unkown start (III)

Finally, she took the risk and she turned her head being able to watch what she hadn't expected . She stared at man's big blue eyes surrounded by some wrinkles. Due to his voice, she had thought he could be a younger  but now, when their faces were only separated for a few metres, her mind travelled to the last summer, to the day when she discovered an old photograph of a man who had the shape and color of her eyes, that rainy day of August when her very old and ill grandmother told her the truth.

''What are you doing here?, Are you lost?''

The man insisted again. She ignored for a moment that bitter memory which was still doing echo in her mind and passed her tongue over her cracked lips.

''Yes, I'm new here and I don't know how to....Eh...Could you...Could you say me where I can find the Rosemary's camp?''

The man looked at her and knitted his brows.

''Are you sure you are okay?, you look a bit nervous''.

The young girl suddenly realised she had been swinging her body without stopping.

''Yes, I'm okay'' She answered putting her hands on the pockets of her coat.

''Well,  I will show you the path, I'm Henry, What's your name?'' He smiled widely.

''Anna, Anna Hamilton''

The man's face seemed to change the expression for a second but then he smiled again.

'' It's something strange to find someone here at Christmas night, What brings you here?''

Anna didn't know how to avoid answering. That man was a complete unknown, she had to be very careful about what she could tell him.

''I'm an student, I was given a scholarship so I used it to travel''

''What an uncommon choice!  I wouldn't travel to a place like that if I had had your opportunity''

The old man's questions were making her feel more and more anxious as the minutes were passing.

Introduction and conclusion activity.

Introduccion: Some years ago, Christmas Eve was the time of the year when the family went together for dinner and for singing popular songs around a fireplace while they were eating delicious traditional sweets. Nowadays, the common thing you can expect from Christmas days is people desperate for buying presents without even have enough money and boring  dinners with relatives to whom you don't have many to speak about.

Conclusion: Finally, Christmas Eve has sadly turned into a consumerism and stressful season in which people dont really enjoy it as they should do because, they forget that the reason for this family gatherings is to have a good and peaceful time with the people you love.

Fear appears when insecurity says ''Hello''

All these last days I have been experimenting something indescribable. It feels like all the good vibes have disappeared, the chaos is coming again, the papers start to choke me slowly...January is just around the corner and, surprise, it comes carrying presents full of exams.

I always try not to focus my thoughts only in the exams but, to be honest, they are always the ones that can make you be happily ever after or unlike this, let you down in the saddest emotional state.

I know exams are necessary in order to show you have already learnt the skills you have been studying during the year but, they have the ability to make me feel more and more little as they are nearer, what is commonly called insecurity.

The same feelings comes to me while I am studying, ''Am I  doing it well?'', ''Am I going in the right way''?...This is not new, though this is my first year at university, that has nothing to do with my eternal horror to exams, that exist since I was at the high school and truly sadly, it seems it will be with me forever.

Fortunately, things are not always as dark as we see it and sometimes I really realise that I'm studying what I've always wanted to study, my favorite subject of all the time so, that's can't go wrong, I have reached my goal, I'm an university student, I'm supposed to get over the exams, what is possible, Im sure, like it always have been in the past years.

The Ideal journey

All is in silent. People are already sleeping inside the cabins, but instead of closing my eyes so early, I prefer lying down on the frozen grass and see the brightness of the stars. The cold wind blows smoothly and moves my hair slightly, I´m thinking about my family, they are so far away from me, in Spain, but in some way I don´t feel lonely, the people in this country are very nice and this trip is being amazing...

—Wait a minute!—I have opened my eyes immediately—. I´ve just had a dream!

I don´t know how many times I wake up in the morning after having this beautiful dream, only that, a dream: I'm travelling to Norway to see the impressive fjords, staying in the  house of a native family as a guest, while I’m living an unforgettable adventure .

As I see it, travelling is the most breathtaking experience in our lives. When you travel to any place in the world, you will never forget these moments in the foreign country, the people ways of life, the traditions, the food, the beautiful sceneries…

There are many reasons to travel around the world and find a tiny part of you in each country you visit. Moreover, you don´t have to set off with many things or clothes in your suitcase, you only need the basics, a camera and a huge adventure spirit, and things will happen naturally. 

Also, you don´t have to be afraid, because in many chases this is the reason for not travelling abroad.When you have decided your destination after reading a few travel brochures or web sites, the following step is to go to the travel agent, buy your ticket and board on the next plane.

After a few hours or days, the plane arrives at the airport and you are officially in a foreign and unknown country, waiting for the things that this place can offer you, full of new illusions and encouraged to discover a new part of your world.

My dream journey is going to a place in the north, but there are hundreds of places you could visit for a new experience like New Zealand, Australia, India, Japan, China or even the unspoilt parts of the world like the Amazons.

No matter what ideas or plans you have made for your trip, surely, all these notes in your notebook will be forgotten and, without any doubt, I can say that they will be replace with other things better yet. The adventure is guaranteed!

Everybody needs a chance

Everyday, on the radio, in music programmes, we hear the same famous music that everybody is supposed to like, but hardly ever, we discover some new music from this kind of platforms.

Someday I would like to hear or watch in the Tv, for instance, one song by a band that few people know or even, a song by an unknown singer who has just begun his career. For me, all the musicians should have the opportunity to show their piece of music, in which thay have been working for so many hours, and not only  those who are usually in the spotlight.

 Music is such a wide world which we need to discover, that is impossible to enjoy it completely if you don't go further and seek new artist or composer whose works are usually ignored by the media.I have to say that I have discovered many of my most favorite artists by chance searching music on youtube, thanks to web pages like that, I have really opened my mind to new styles of music that I didn't even  know I liked them so much.
